Group Policies
All of our regular policies and guidelines apply to group bookings. To ensure we can accommodate your group, we recommend making a reservation at least 7 days in advance. Full payment and final guest numbers are required 7 days prior to the date of the zipline tour. There is a 7 day cancellation policy for all group bookings. Adrena LINE will assign a Sales Coordinator to each group booking inquiry/reservation to ensure the highest quality of personalized service. Guided Canopy Zipline tours hold a maximum of 10 guests and depart every 20-30 minutes. Any unused tour spots will be sold to the general public unless a private tour is requested.
Group Transportation Options
We offer custom transportation using our 14‑passenger van and 24‑passenger bus. As transportation is a separate, add‑on service, pricing is customized based on group size, itinerary, and pick‑up location. Downtown hotel pick‑ups are included in the base transportation rate, while remote pick‑ups may incur an additional fee. For efficiency, larger groups are usually moved in smaller allocations of 10–30 guests.
Group Meal Options
We are located beside the historic 17 Mile House Pub, which offers both an extensive patio area and a private dining room on the second floor, for adults and minors alike. Whether your group is 10 or 30+ people, we can arrange a reservation for your group at the 17 Mile. The upstairs private dining area can be arranged to include both dining and presentation/workshop settings.
